Wow.  Lee was a great friend. We spent a lot of hours together through Junior High, and went to NMU together for a couple years before I transferred to Uof M. RIP old friend.  We sure had some great times.

Lee was one of those special people who I knew from Junior High all the way through our Plymouth High years because of band. He was one of the drum section members. He will be missed.

I don't think Lee and I spoke one time in high school but I ran into him at NMU when we were both freshmen there and we dated for a few months.  We had fun together an got to know each other pretty well. I remember how we laughed at each other because we had to were these stupid freshmen beanies.   I don't even know why we broke up - maybe we were both a little homesick at first then got over it.  I don't think he ever joined this site because I know if he had, I would have reached out to him just to say Hi.

Lee and I had a " claim to fame" for winning the Twist contest at the dancing lesions we took at the Mayflower Hotel. I remember him as being nice with a great smile. He was also a member of the coolest part of the Marching Band...the drum line. I am sorry to hear that he was ill.
