I don't have much information but my sister mentioned she saw a death notice in the Ann Arbor News. I only saw him a few times after we graduated and soon lost touch, but I always considered Brian a dear friend. I miss him.
I was great friends with Brian from our elementary school days at Smith School. We continued to be best friends through high school and beyond. Brian was ill for quite a few years before his passing in 2004. He was at peace, and was kept very comfortable up to the time he passed.
