Harold "Ted" Theodore Yakley, II originally from Plymouth, Michigan passed away on January 13, 2024. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Angella (Ken, Jr.) Yeakley, Bridget (Peter Chandler) Yakley; grandchildren, Krystalyn and Kyle; sister, Kathleen Morrison; brother, Bruce (Karen) Yakley; his cousins, nieces and nephew, extended family, and friends. Ted grew up in Plymouth, Michigan graduating from Plymouth High School in 1967. He loved working with his hands leading him to first becoming a mechanic and later a master electrician. Ted's favorite hobby was to fix up his houses, renovating and rebuilding them. He preferred to live life very simply and was always in good spirits.

Ted's loving and generous spirit continues to touch lives. It was his desire to help advance science and improve lives through donation to Medcure. We, as a family, are comforted in our loss knowing that he is making a positive impact thanks to his precious gift.

Per Ted's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. Memorial donations in Ted's name can be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Ln, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
